WORKOUT & CLASSES
In this class you will go through strength training which includes: strength endurance, hypertrophy (building muscle), and maximal strength.
CYCLING & CARDIO
In this class you will lose fat and burn calories. You will also build up cardiovascular and muscle endurance. You will also increase stamina, strength, and aerobic fitness.
In this class you will use progressive resistance exercises to control and build muscle.
In this class you will learn how to build core strength through multiple exercises that I have in my program. A strong core reduces the risk of injuries.
In this class you will be boosting your body's functional strength by increasing overall flexibility and coordination. As your range of motion is enhanced, you will find day to day activities become much easier.
